How long do I have to return my order after receiving it?

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that the products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us by email at Helpdesk@cleanculinair.nl, mentioning your order number and which items you would like to return. We will then send you the return label and return instructions.

How soon will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once you have returned a product, you will receive your refund within ten business days after we have received the item.

Are there any costs associated with returning an order?

Yes, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Of course, you will not be charged any costs if we made a mistake with your delivery.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

No, you can return any product. The condition is that the products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
