After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received one, your order may not have been received. If you paid via iDeal, please check whether the payment has been deducted from your account. If that is not the case, we did not receive your order correctly. Delivery

With us, you can choose from various delivery options, so you can decide what best suits your situation.

1. Standard delivery Free for orders over €175, otherwise €17.50.

We deliver your order to your front door or to the ground floor.
Delivery takes place on a regular business day within 1–3 business days.

2. Evening delivery after 5:00 PM (+ €12,50)

No time during the day? Choose delivery in the evening.
We deliver your order after 5:00 PM.

3. Delivery & Placement in the Warehouse (+ €12,50)

Don’t want to lift it yourself? We will place your order directly inside the warehouse.
 Suitable for businesses and locations where direct storage is required.

Extra service? Combine Evening delivery after 5:00 PM and Warehouse placement for a total of €25,- extra.

On business days, we deliver within 1 to 3 business days. If you place your order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, we will ship your order the following Monday. In that case, it is almost always delivered on Wednesday. Do you need your order urgently? Please call us as soon as possible — we will be happy to see what we can do for you!

Standard shipping is free for orders over €175 (excl. VAT). Otherwise, the standard shipping cost is €17.50.

Have you received an order confirmation, but not yet received your order, and has the standard delivery time passed? Then something may have gone wrong. Please feel free to Contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible!

our order will be delivered by DPD or by our own delivery drivers. Depending on your location, the desired delivery speed, and the size of your order, we will choose the most suitable delivery service.
